The manager is not liable for anything left unattended nor does he consider the use of the changing rooms for the storage of personal effects to be taken into custody.

Please note that the Private SPA is not accessible to minors.

All users of the Private SPA are requested to inform the personnel in charge of any health-related problems (allergies or other medical problems) to avoid inappropriate use of the equipment in the SPA. Self-certification is valid for occasional patrons.

Sport/emotional state: it is recommended to practice sport before using the Private SPA and it is in any case a good idea to restore the body to its normal balance before exposing itself to heat. In fact, it is advisable to allow yourself a few moments of relaxation (15/20 minutes); this rule also applies in the case of tiring or particularly stressful jobs.
Nutrition: it is preferable not to embark on a wellness program after eating heavily or on an empty stomach. A good rule is to let at least an hour pass from the last meal eaten and, in case of appetite, have a light snack. It is absolutely not recommended to drink alcohol or caffeine- and theine-based exciting drinks.
Body temperature: it is very important that the whole body is at the same temperature before exposing yourself to heat. In the case of cold feet, it is advisable to warm them with warm water or with a localized massage to allow natural, homogeneous and effective perspiration.
Menstrual cycle and pregnancy: During the menstrual cycle and pregnancy it is forbidden to use the wellness area. The steam bath and sauna are contraindicated for people suffering from cardiovascular diseases.
Wellness/Massage path: the treatments in this point could be contraindicated for people who have recently undergone surgery and who have certain particular pathologies (e.g.: allergies to flowers and/or plants and compounds from cosmetic products, dermatitis or dermatosis, recent bone trauma, acute inflammatory processes, severe febopathies, heart failure with edema of the lower limbs, central nervous system pathologies with spastic evolution, severe necrosis, febrile processes, tumours).

The use of contact lenses is not recommended.

The use of slippers is mandatory in the wellness area.

All guests are invited to respect the appointment times. The stay in the Private SPA may be reduced in duration in case of delay so as not to penalize the next guest (without any type of refund).

Guests must access the wellness area wearing a bathrobe and slippers or flip flops and under no circumstances will they be allowed to enter dressed or with shoes. Before accessing the wellness path, it is mandatory to use the shower with soap to wash the body well. The use of a swimming cap is mandatory in the whirlpool tub.

Prices are to be understood as expressed in Euros and VAT included. They could undergo variations.

The manager is not liable for the interruption of the Private SPA services, even total, due to natural events (lightning, earthquake, rain, hail, etc.), due to force majeure (interruption of public services, lack of electricity, heating ) or otherwise, in any case for reasons not attributable to the will of the management itself.

The use of all the Private SPA equipment remains at the risk of the users who explicitly relieve the manager of any consequent liability.

• Before entering the sauna, it is a good rule to take a shower at room temperature to “open” the pores and relax.
  Dry your body before exposing yourself to heat
  Do not bring accessories such as glasses, contact lenses, necklaces, rings, watches, etc.
  Close the door well before sitting down
  Lie down/sit on the towel (feet included)
  Remember that the heat is more intense in the higher benches
  It is forbidden to pour essences on the coals
  Recommended stay: from 5 – 10 minutes max
  Follow the sauna with a cold emotional shower ((for 30 seconds)

Emotional showers favor the restoration of physiological conditions following the use of saunas or steam baths, they are characterized by the combination of the following factors: the temperature of the water and the colored reflections on the jets of vaporized water.

Choose the water temperature (totally cold is recommended)
Close eyes
Recommended stay: 30 seconds

• Put on the swimming cap (both men and women) before diving
  Dive in and sit down, being extremely careful not to slip
  It is forbidden to dive
  Maximum duration: 15/20 minutes
  Then wrap yourself in a bathrobe or dry towel, sit in the rocking nest, close your eyes and listen to the natural rhythm of your breathing. In this way you will have the pleasant sensation of feeling your body and mind completely renewed by the hydromassage that has just ended
